University of Manchester Cricket Club - Intramural League
About
The Intramural League is the University's own campus cricket league.
Set up in 2009, and run during the summer at Alexandra Park, it was a
tremendous success. Entrants came from Halls of Residences (Allen Hall,
Owens Park, Oak House, Dalton Ellis), a team of friends (The Baa Bars)
and the University 5ths and 6ths. Oak House emerged triumphant after a
nail-biting win over the UMCC 5th XI in the final by one run.

2010 Entries
Once again this summer the University of Manchester Cricket Club will
be
running the Intramural Cricket League at Alexandra Park.
The
league will run from Wednesday 21st April through until the Saturday
29th May. The league will be formed of eight sides playing weekly 35
over fixtures on the Wednesday afternoons and the weekend.
This
year entry for the competition will remain at £220. This fee will
include the provision of pitches, the maintenance of the pitches
provided by Manchester City Council and balls. Since we only have
limited spaces in the league places will be provided on a first come
first serve basis.
